Adaptor plate to bolt in the 250. As this plate will never be seen we have left it in a raw aluminium finish.

Before fitting please check that your CTEK250 screws into place correctly....before attempting to put in the vehicle

FITTING

1. Follow the Ineos procedure for disconnecting the battery..!

2. Remove the 4 M4 screws that are holding down the CTEK120.... Be careful with the back ones as they are difficult to grab with your fingers. We would suggest undoing them , then use long nose pliers to grab the screws.

3. Carefully lift the CTEK120 up and slide the adaptor plate under , making sure that the large round holes go under the CTEK 120.

The plate is also marked 120

4. Now use the M4 allen head screws provided and screw the CTEK120 down....dont tighten the screws just yet.

5. Once all screws are loosely in, make sure the bracket is not fouling an anything... .

6. Now install the CTEK250 using the old screws from the CTEK120. Dont tighten just yet.

7. Now instal the Bus Bars from the CTEK250 kit ( don't tighten the screws ). Installing these will confirm that the CTEK120 and CTEK250 are in the correct position.

8. Once you have confirmed that the bus bar will fit, tighten down the 120 and 250... dont go mad ..!!

If you are worried about the screws vibrating loose we would suggest some medium strength lock tight.

9. Now tighten the bus bars to the specified torque.

10. Ok now look over the work and just confirm that you have tightened all the screws....check the wiring...take you time.

11. Reconnect you battery as per Ineos instructions

12. Enjoy
